Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation done 24 hours to your booking date/time is valid, 50% refund would be made.

2. Cancellation/rescheduling/”No show” done the same day of the event is null and would not be rescheduled nor refunded.

3. Rescheduling done 24 hours to the date/time you booked accrues a 30% logistic charge

4. If you leave the venue  for any reason and do not participate in whatever you booked for at the date/time you booked, you would not be refunded or rescheduled.
